Where multiple accounts are identified, jjwih will determine, at its sole discretion, whether any winnings or balances are returned.
jjwih is required by its Licensing Authority to verify the identity and age of all players. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to comply promptly with any KYC documentation requests. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension.

You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination without return of funds.
KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie or video verification, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted before any withdrawal is processed. jjwih reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including before paying out winnings.
You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jjwih account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
If you suspect that your jjwih account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jjwih support immediately via live chat or email. jjwih will investigate reported unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. jjwih is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.
jjwih will never contact players requesting their password. If you receive any communication purportedly from jjwih requesting your password, it is fraudulent and should be reported to support immediately.
All deposits to jjwih are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. jjwih accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. jjwih does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jjwih accepts no responsibility.
Funds deposited to your jjwih account are held as Player funds in accordance with jjwih's licensing obligations regarding Player Fund Protection. Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon clearing, which typically occurs within seconds for mobile wallet methods.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. As an anti-money laundering measure, jjwih will, wherever technically possible, return funds to the same payment method used for deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods will be discussed with the Player and additional verification may be required.
jjwih processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays in Pakistan. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. jjwih is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
jjwih is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international gaming licence. jjwih may delay, block, or report transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. jjwih may request additional documentation in connection with any transaction and may freeze account funds during an AML investigation without prior notice.
jjwih may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your jjwih wallet. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited in conjunction with a bonus offer may, in some cases, be subject to wagering requirements as a condition of the bonus. jjwih has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the jjwih system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. jjwih reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: technical malfunctions, manifest pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, or events outside jjwih's reasonable control that prevent the proper completion of a game or betting market.
For cricket and sports betting markets, jjwih applies specific rules regarding the settlement of markets in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or weather interruption. These rules are published in the relevant sportsbook help section and form part of these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjwih's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by jjwih's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of jjwih's licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to your use of the jjwih Platform shall first be submitted to jjwih's internal complaints resolution process, as described in Section 15 of these Terms.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jjwih's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by jjwih's Licensing Authority. Players retain any statutory rights available under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence.
jjwih reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jjwih will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
